This is a standard product and not personalised as default. If you’d like something changed please contact us or we will send this order straight into manufacture to be shipped to avoid delays.
It takes up to 3 working days to manufacture and ship your parcel. Your coaster is handmade in the UK and can be shipped internationally to pretty much anywhere. Please allow 2 / 3 weeks for your order to arrive. If there are any known delays a member of the team will contact you to inform you of the problem. If you’d like to receive tracking information on the location of your purchase, please ensure you choose the correct shipping option when purchasing the item. It is recommended that you choose tracked shipping during the checkout process if you are located outside the UK.
